You couldn’t ask for a better time in history to be a First Time Home Buyer, 2nd Time Home Buyer or an Investor. Rates at all time lows, Real Estate values at all time lows and dropping, 1000’s of home on the market to choose from in every price range. Programs that still allow you to get in with very little money if any money down. I will be posting “How to buy a home with out breaking the bank” in the next couple of days.
